An Autumn Walk

A few weeks ago we had a spare couple of hours and I wanted to get out and about on an autumn walk and brush off some of those cobwebs. Inspired by Cardiff Mummy Says I dragged the family down to the Fforest Fawr woods near Tongwynlais to go on a sculpture trail.

We had a lovely couple of hours, spending such a simple time crunching the leaves, running through the woods, splashing in puddles and squelching in mud.

The girls loved hunting for the sculptures and just playing and having fun. It’s so nice to go somewhere where they can run free without worrying about cars or falling over on the pavement. We’ll definitely be doing this more often, it was so good to get some fresh air and spend some quality time together as a family.

What a gorgeous adventure in the Autumn. So beautiful too. I love all your captures here. Good to see you again on SWM. Leaves on the ground are the kids favorite at the moment they want me to bring them all back. I tried explaining its winter now they don’t understand. Thank you for stopping by LTM and linking up to SWM. I hope to see you again tomorrow for another great round of #sharewithme
