My little boy absolutely loves cars and slides - and the combination of the two - cars crashing down slides! He will spend hours crashing and sliding his cars down whatever he can find - and I'm always hoping he doesn't chip the paint off the furniture!
When I was asked to review the Fisher Price Blaze and the Monster Machines Animal Island Stunts Speedway I jumped at the chance because I knew that Little Boy would absolutely love it!
The Fisher Price Blaze Playset is huge and has four different stunt slides on it. It comes with an exclusive Lion Blaze die cast Monster Truck which fits the track perfectly and this little car has been with us everywhere since!
The set is really easy to fit together - just remember to put the stickers on before you assemble it! You can connect it to other playsets in the range too which is great as you can build even bigger and better fun! The possibilities are endless!
Little Boy's favourite stunt is the big blue waterfall slide and also where the tree branch moves and the car comes crashing down!
I really like how the lion car fits perfectly, meaning the car can do a full spin around the stunt in the middle with no hands - it's very impressive! Watch out as the car flies out at the end though! I've had to fish it out from underneath the bed or sofa lots of times!
In my opinion it is a pricey product at Β£49.99 and it is quite big, bulky and plasticky but my Little Boy loves it so much I can honestly say that it is worth it. It's big but it's light which means it's easily transportable and in the evenings I just carry it upstairs to his bedroom for him to play with when he wakes up.
I've made a little video review of the playset if you want to see it in more detail and watch the stunts in action!
Disclosure - we were gifted this set for the purpose of this review. All opinions are honest and our own.Β

Like you said it might be big and plastiky but if kids love it, it is all that matters

haha.. half our toys are big & plasticky but if they kids love it that's all that matter.
We Made This Life
True! I don't mind as long as they are kept in the playroom or their bedrooms!

That does seem a tad pricey, but if the little ones are happy, then it's totally worth it! π

Wow I didn't realise that kids' toys are so expensive! It looks fun though.
