Halloween Crafts at Pugh’s Garden Village

We love crafts in the Cookies and Cwtches household so we were very excited to be invited to do some Halloween Crafts at Pugh’s Garden Village in Radyr, Cardiff this Halloween.

When we arrived we checked in at Reception where the girls got name labels and we headed to the outside plant area where they had a great little area cordoned off and decorated for Halloween. The staff were dressed up for the occasion and were lovely and friendly and the girls felt instantly comfortable.

The craft materials were all set out and once the craft had been explained they set to work creating their masterpiece. The staff were on hand to help at all times and it was a lovely, easy craft session.

The girls were delighted with their Halloween lanterns and I think they looked really effective. They even came with a little flickering electric tea light so they looked fabulous at night. The girls actually used them to collect their sweeties the next evening when they were trick or treating.

While the lanterns were drying there was a chance to do some apple bobbing and go on a ghost hunt around the garden centre. The girls loved looking for the clues and I loved the chance to wander around and browse the fabulous things they have on sale – the Christmas department was amazing!

If you are local Pugh’s are now taking bookings for their Santa’s Enchanted Forest which promises to be a magical experience!

Disclosure – we were invited to review the Halloween Craft Event and received entry free of charge, all opinions are honest and our own.

This looks like so much fun for little ones. When I have children, I’d love to take them along to something like this! xxx

This looks like so much fun, this is the sort of day I used to love going out with my daughter, sadly she is too old now and would be too embarrassed to take her Mum along to play x
