Meal Planning Monday – 6th January 2014

Well here we are – first meal plan of the new year! As most people are I guess, we are trying to eat a little healthier after the indulgences of Christmas! Here’s what’s on our menu this week…

Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese

Quorn Enchiladas with crispy potatoes

Bean Burger, rice & salad

Macaroni Cheese, vegetables & garlic bread

Quorn hot dogs

Quorn Shepherds Pie

Vegetable Curry

I’ve also made the hubby an easy vegetable soup for work and will be making chocolate chip and banana muffins for a little treat for the girls.

    I’ve never tried Quorn before though…lol

      You should give it a go – the mince is really easy to start with. My meal plan is a bit Quorn heavy this week lol!

    Thanks for linking up to #mealplanningmonday! I really need to get using Quorn a bit more, only tried the burgers and I didn’t like them but I’ve heard good things about the mince.
