Recipe: Quorn Chilli Con Carne

Another easy peesy recipe for midweek dinners, and nice and healthy too.

Ingredients

2 tins chopped tomatoes

2 peppers, chopped

2 tins kidney beans in chilli sauce

1 packet quorn mince

Chilli powder to taste

Brown rice to serve

Method

Add all the ingredients into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Don’t even bother to defrost the mince. Stir and pop in the oven, lid on for 1 hour, gas mark 6.

Serve with brown rice – here is my recipe – it takes the same amount of time so perfect!
