Happy Sunday folks! I’m still powering ahead with these giveaways! I do love a bit of festive spirit and nothing is nicer than free stuff! This year I worked on a review of Nutri Fill-It pouches (you can read it here). We use these every day now to pack a healthy smoothie off to school with the little ones each day.

    I try to keep health all year, so don’t change anything for New Year ….it’s a lifetimes thing, not just New Year resolutions.

    Depending what you call healthy – I need to gain weight, and I plan to start using my bicycle again when I regain strength after a bad illness

    To be honest, I’ve started eating healthy the past week as I want to try & shift a few pound before Christmas, so this would be an added bonus.

    Over the past 18months I have lost 3stone 8lbs, my starting weight was 13st 13lbs and I now weigh 10st 5lbs. My aim from January to may is too lose another 11lbs before I go on holiday, I have never felt as confident in my body as I do now

    No I won’t – I made a vow in January 2015 and amazingly have managed to stick to it! Though there is always room for improvement…

    Maybe. We have times when we do try to concentrate on eating more healthily. Depends on Availability, Accessibility etc.

    I always try to keep healthy most of the year but get a bit out of routine around Christmas. I then try to get back to a good routine in the new year.

    I’m trying my best at the moment but with all my illnesses and medications is quite difficult as well as my daughter’s illness at the moment too. I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life too so I’ve had to slash my hours at work but I am positive about 2017 being THE year for me!!!
