A Day at Bristol Zoo

It has become a little tradition in our family to visit Bristol Zoo for the children’s first birthdays. We obviously didn’t want little baby Sprout to miss out so off we went last week. It was a rainy day and I wasn’t particularly looking forward to it but I’m glad we went – there is so much to do that is undercover and the kids (especially Baby Sprout) really enjoyed it. We went with friends and it was lovely to catch up with them too.

I took my big camera and although it is difficult to get decent shots through the glass and the bars I gave it a good go!

that spider is awesome with all the web in there too, happy to have it behind glass though! It looks like a lovely day even if it was showery and what a great tradition to have. I still remember going to Bristol zoo myself at about 6 years old! Thank you for sharing your visit on Country Kids.
