Disclosure – we were given this watch by Jord to feature in this review. All opinions are honest and our own.
A watch is the one accessory I wear all the time. Even when I’m tired and not dressed up I will wear my watch. It’s important to me as I use it to tell the time and I also feel lost without one! I was asked to review a watch from Jord and I jumped at the chance to pick a gorgeous new watch from their huge collection. Jord are famous for their wooden watches which are really unique and on trend but they also do other styles too if wooden isn’t your thing.
I went for the Sier Gold and Sodalite Arcadia watch. I really liked the look of this because it is minimalist and sleek with a thin watch strap which is important to me as I have small wrists. Every one of these watches has a one of a kind face which is rough cut from Sodalite and then hand polished. I really like that no two of these watches will look alike.
The sodalite is a gorgeous blue colour which goes perfectly with most things I wear and looks really unique and classy. It has gold detailing and there are no numbers on the watch face which gives it a minimalist look. The blue leather strap is really great quality and fits even my small wrist
Another reason I chose this watch is because the straps are interchangeable and it comes with a gold metal mesh band. The straps are easy to change yourself at home and when you change it to the gold strap you have a totally different looking watch! The gold strap is much better for wearing the watch out in the evenings and means you really have a watch for all occasions.
If you are looking to buy this watch as a gift it is worth noting that Jord will engrave an inscription on the back of the watch for a small extra charge. This is a really nice touch and perfect for keepsake gifts.
