This is a great recipe for getting some extra fruit into your kids - and you can make it with any fruits and flavour yoghurts you like.
Ingredients:
3 different fruits
Vanilla (or another complementary flavour) yoghurt
1 teaspoon mixed seeds
Blitz a few spoons of the first fruit in a mini chopper until it is chopped but still with texture. Spoon this into the bottom of a glass (or a bowl for younger children). Do the same with the next two fruits so that they are layered. Top with the yoghurt and a spoon of mixed seeds.
Looks super cool and is super tasty. For mine I used strawberries, mangoes and blueberries with vanilla yoghurt.
