Disclosure - we were given the Go Kart featured in this review for the purpose of this post. All opinions are honest and my own.
True story - a couple of weeks ago my girls asked me for a Go Kart for Christmas. Hmmm, I said, we'll add it to your Christmas list and see what Santa brings. Well, Santa came early for them with the delivery of a shiny new Go Kart from Kettler and it has been a huge hit in our house!
We love getting outside every day, especially in the crisp autumn weather. I just love walking the dog and kicking the colourful leaves and watching the children run and play with the beautiful autumn colours. At the weekend we took the Kettler Suzuka Air Go Kart out for a test drive and we had such a fun time!
The Suzuka Air was easy enough to put together, or so the hubby tells me! It has pedals and an adjustable seat which meant it was suitable for the youngest two (4 and 7) to ride it comfortably and they happily took turns going around the park in it.
Even Little Boy who is only 4 got to grips with it straight away, peddling away and learning how to steer. With Miss J the handbrake came in very handy as she picked up some speed racing it down a hill! Even E (11) squeezed herself onto it to have a go! It's really easy for them to steer and to brake and although it took a bit of leg power to get uphill they both happily and easily pedalled it around the park.
It really is a great piece of kit and I know it is going to be the perfect incentive to get the children away from the TV and outside getting some exercise and fresh air. I love the fact that it has an adjustable seat so that siblings can share.
Just look at the joy on his little face! Christmas came early in our house that's for sure!
Kettler have teamed up with us at We Made This Life to offer one lucky reader the chance to win your very own Go Kart. What a great treat that would be to win! Autumn is my favourite season. I love all the warm colours nature offers. I love that the sky is bright but the air is crispy just like the leaves on the floor which are so tempting to kick to hear them rustle under your feet. I love that the wasps have all died off! But most of all, I love the smell of log fires and cosying up when the night’s draw in x
We Made This Life
You're right, I don't miss the wasps either!

Walking dogs amongst fallen leaves is always a favourite. Seeing this go-kart with really strong winds outside reminded me of the time my brother and I attached a sail to our homemade go-kart. Luckily we lived in a quiet cul-de-sac where the only car per household was at work during the day because tacking (zig-zagging) across the road in order to go against the wind might have been recognised on the Norfolk Broads but has yet to be entered into the Highway Code
