Disclosure - I was given credit to spend at Desenio for the purpose of this post and compensated for my time in writing it. All opinions are honest and my own.
I love a gallery wall and often spend too much time on Instagram browsing gallery wall pictures for inspiration. I think gallery walls are such a great way to inject your personality into a room, and to display many pieces of art at once. I love that you can switch out the pictures easily to create different looks if you wanted to. I recently created two new gallery walls in my home and I wanted to show you how easy it was to create a gallery wall with Desenio.
Desenio sell a huge array of prints for your home, with a variety of frames to match too. They have a great search tool and you can filter your search by bestsellers, colour, size etc. There literally is a print on there for everyone. What I struggle a little bit with though is imagining what the prints will look like together on the wall. Desenio however has thought of this and makes the process easy with their gallery wall tool.
This really clever tool allows you to see what different prints would look like in arrangement on the wall, and it gives you template arrangements too. Simply click each blank print and you can place the print you choose there, swapping them over until you get the look that you like. I found this so useful as I could test the placement of different prints and sizes to see which combination I liked best.
They also have a LOT of preset gallery wall options too, again with great search-ability. You can look up gallery wall ideas for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways etc and it will come up with pre-designed options. Simply click a button and it will add it all to your cart, frames included which makes the whole process completely painless! It's perfect if you don't have an eye for what prints go together, you would like a more curated look or if you are simply short of time.
So I recently decorated the living room, you can take a look here - but it still needed some final touches and the blank wall above the sofa was bothering me, and just calling out to be made into a gallery wall. I wanted something modern and on trend and Desenio was the perfect place to go to look. I struggle with piecing prints together in my mind for a gallery wall so I used the gallery wall tool and found it so helpful. I saved a couple of different options and asked my family to help me choose which combination of prints to go for. You can also add the frames using the tool, to see which colour goes best which is really helpful and you notice that the colour of the frames actually makes a huge difference to the look.
I went for black frames and these prints and I really love it. Delivery was quick and painless and everything arrived in perfect condition. The prints are very easy to put into the frames and we put them up using command strips so as not to damage the newly decorated walls.
I have also recently decorated our tiny little WC. It was painted white before and was a bit dull and small and the children hated going in there so I thought it needed a bit of a makeover. I'm going to write a separate post on it but once it was painted it needed some prints on the wall to brighten it up. Again I used the gallery tool on Desenio and switched a few prints and frame colours around until I found the perfect combination. I'm really pleased at the transformation and now the children will use this little bathroom again!
I hope you enjoyed taking a little peek at my home and seeing how I used Desenio to create two different gallery walls at home really easily. If you liked this post about how to create a gallery wall with Desenio, please share it with your friends or Pin it for later...
