Tomorrow I’m going for a run. There, now I have written it and published it I have to do it.
I used to go to the gym all the time but since having jelly baby I haven’t and although I have lost most of my baby weight I am super flabby, especially around the stomach area.
I don’t have time for the gym so I have decided to start running. I actually think it might be nice, outside in the fresh air, it might wake me up for the day. Or kill me.
I have downloaded a get running app, it guides you through week by week gradually increasing your running time until you are running for 30mins straight. Tomorrow I’ll just run for 1m and rest for 1 1/2 mins and repeat for 30 mins. That’s do-able isn’t it?!
