Another month has flown by, so much so that I completely missed sharing last month's favourite things with you. It's my busiest work month, plus add in all the extra that Christmas brings, well, I'm quite ready for January to be here to be honest!!
Well, anyway, here are all the things that I have been enjoying over the last couple of months...

When life gets busy the first thing to go is reading. I am however working my way through Matt Haig's The Humans. I am about halfway through and really enjoying it so far - it is proving to be a fascinating critique of humanity, and somehow endorsement at the same time.
We've been watching The Great British Bake Off but to be honest I'm not enjoying it as much as previous years, I'm not sure why. My middle two enjoy watching it with me though so it's a little midweek family treat letting them stay up to watch it. We are all looking forward to I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here starting again though, especially as it is being held in Wales again!
We went on a really long drive to get to our holiday in half term in Yorkshire so we got to listen to lots of audio books. We finished The Secret Garden and listened to The Wind in the Willows and A Christmas Carol and got started on The Christmas Pig by JK Rowling. The children actually really love listening to audio books in the car and it's been a great way to explore new literature together and it beats them all arguing in the car!!
Sadly I haven't been up to much crafting but I have been cooking and baking lots for my vegan blog. I've just finished making some great seasonal recipes like pumpkin cake and pumpkin spiced cookies and I can't wait to get started on some Christmas goodies! I'm actually starting to feel a little festive!
I'm not going to lie, I'm still heavily into loungewear and this burgundy set from Femme Luxe has the perfect balance and is comfy but still looks put together. The burgundy colour is perfect for the festive season too!
I'm also really loving this black loungewear set, again from Femme Luxe - the cropped hoodie and fitted joggers make it look more put together than other looks and I really like that you can wear the hoodie or joggers separately with other outfits.
I have also been dressing up a bit too - it's so nice to be get glammed up and go out with friends again. This skirt and body combo was from ASOS and I think it is a little quirky but I love the style and colour of the skirt. You can't see in the photo but I wore it with gold sparkly glitter shoes!
I also love this smart white jacket with gold buttons from Femme Luxe - it is a lightweight fabric and dresses up jeans effortlessly - perfect for lunch with the girls or for a spot of Saturday shopping.
I have fallen in love with my new coverless duvet from The Fine Bedding Company. To tell you the truth it hasn't made it's way upstairs yet - we fight over who is going to be the one to snuggle under it on the sofa now the weather is turning colder. It's lightweight, warm, easy to wash and you don't have any of that faff taking the cover on and off. I am very tempted to get them for all the bedrooms.
You can tell my age when I start to rave about cleaning products - but there you are! I've bought a couple of new things to help me with the never ending task of cleaning the house! My new Vileda Spin Mop has been so good - I feel like the floor is much cleaner and it is nice and easy to use too so it doesn't feel like a chore.
I have also just bought the Swan Hyperclean cordless vacuum and I'm liking it so far. I was torn between this and a Shark but this worked out ยฃ100 cheaper as I had a discount code so I went for the Swan.

The loungewear looks so cosy but I'm loving that pretty green skirt on you! What a nice piece! ๐
I should check out that Matt Haig book too, I enjoyed the midnight library book from him!
Hope that your week is going well! Another rainy spring one here!
