No Dull Days With Bassetts Vitamins

As a mum to three fussy little eaters I am constantly worried that they are getting enough nutrients, from protein to vitamins and minerals. I confess that I carefully meal plan all our meals to make sure that my children are getting a wide variety of foods, that they are always trying something new and they are being fed something that they will actually eat.

I’m sure that I’m not alone in saying that the struggle is real with getting your children to eat healthily, and I, like many parents, choose to supplement their diet with vitamins so that I can be sure that they are getting enough.

I’m pleased to be working with Bassetts Vitamins on their No Dull Days Campaign. They have launched a new range of vitamins which will help keep children healthy full of life. Their motto is No Dull Days and that’s certainly what life is like in our house! These Multivitamins from Bassetts are for children aged 3-6 and contain all the main vitamins, including Vitamin D and Calcium.

Vitamin D and Calcium are really important for children’s development because they each help to support healthy muscle function, healthy teeth and healthy bones. I want my children to grow up with strong muscles, teeth and bones so getting these vitamins into them via their diet and supplements is really important to me.

Public Health England advise that everyone needs an average daily intake of 10 micrograms of vitamin D (10µg), to protect their bone and muscle health. During the Spring and Summer it is much easier to get this intake, but during the winter months to ensure that your children are getting enough you could consider a daily supplement.

My children love taking their vitamins and if I dare to forget them one morning they always remind me! These Multivitamins from Bassetts have a delicious peach and apricot flavour and are chewable so I think they consider them a treat in the mornings!

They are made with natural colours and flavourings and have no added sugar which is good to know too! They have a RRP of £5.50 for a pack of 30.

Hopefully my children will grow up big and strong (like I tell them they will!) and we’ll be able to enjoy our days to the max. I also worry a lot less knowing that they are getting all their vitamins!

Our friends at Bassetts Vitamins have also created a fab code that you can use to get £2 off one pack of NEW Bassetts 3-6 Yrs Multivitamins Peach & Apricot + Calcium 30s at! All you need to do is sign in as normal, apply the code BASSMVS2 at the checkout and embrace #NoDullDays! You can only use the code once per transaction, and the code can only be redeemed on the first 5,000 valid claims until 23:59 on 12th November.*

We love these too! The children are obsessed with them, they get annoyed they can only have one a day which is funny, they are super tasty!

I used to love the flavour of this brand when I was a child. The tricky thing was stopping at just one a day.

When I worked with Bassetts I was surprised to see how easy it is for anyone to become deficient, especially during the winter months. Families should definitely look into who could use them!
