Review: Noroclear

Before I had Bean I can’t remember the last tummy bug I had. I mean, I must not have had one since I was a kid myself. Oh how times were to change.

When Bean was 3 months old I caught the norovirus. It was awful – I was awful! Breastfeeding a baby while throwing up is not a great look. I was also a bridesmaid at my best friend’s wedding. Not the hottest looking bridesmaid that day certainly! Since then I have caught more than my fair share of tummy bugs – kids and their germs eh! I have become a pro at anti-baccing the house frequently. Remotes, door handles, the stair banister, you name it – it gets cleaned.

When I was asked recently to try a new product which claims to “combat the norovirus in one minute” I was intrigued. Firstly, I didn’t know that other products took longer than this to kill the germs, and I wasn’t aware that normal anti-bacertial spray and alcohol gel doesn’t always do the job.

The hygiene pack I received contained a packed of surface wipes, a packet of hand wipes and a hand foam. The wipes are really handy for taking out and about and giving high chairs in cafes etc a little wipe before use. The hand foam was useful for keeping my hands disinfected and the foam was fun for the kids to use. It was a little wet though so less is more! The little pack is really handy for popping in your nappy bag and ensuring that your kids stay germ free when out and about.

Other products are available and I am tempted by the surface spray to use around the home too. Nothing beats good old peace of mind, especially when it comes to your health and the health of your children. And there is not much worse than a debilitating tummy bug – especially the norovirus, so in my opinion it is great to have the option of protection from such bugs – and Noroclear is  a product I would definitely use. Noroclear is available to purchase online here.

I was gifted a hygiene pack with the three products for the purpose of this review. All opinions and comments are my own.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve had the norovirus too (and the family) pretty much every year. Anything to help it would be great. Each of us tend to come down in succession. The worst is the projectile vomiting and the inability to keep even water down (which scares me with the children).

That’s exactly it – if you have has the norovirus you know how horrible it is and will do anything to avoid getting it again!
