Last week went quite well on the healthy eating front. Admittedly it’s hard cooking from scratch whilst trying to watch all three little monkeys but I’m feeling good that we are putting more healthy options in front of them and getting them to try new foods.
So in the same vein, here is what we are eating this week…
Monday – Vegetable curry
Tuesday – Vegetable Stir fry
Wednesday – Quorn Chilli
Thursday – Homemade Pizza
Friday – Takeaway
Saturday – My birthday day out!
Sunday – Sunday Roast
This week we’re going to add a couple of smoothies to the mix and I’m going to try to drink lots of water.
