Vegan Pancake Recipe

These easy and tasty vegan pancakes are perfect for a tasty vegan breakfast

Ingredients

  • 300 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil melted
  • 300 Ml Non dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients, using a sieve to make sure that there are no lumps

  2. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth

  3. Grease a frying pan with coconut oil and heat

  4. Dollop the mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes

  5. Flip and cook for another minute or so until golden brown on both sides

  6. Serve with fruit, melted vegan chocolate, maple syrup or the topping of your choice
