Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
Cream the dairy free butter and sugars together until smooth
Add the flax egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine
In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients and add to the sugar and egg mixture.
Mix in the chocolate chips
Roll into 2 cm balls and place 5cm apart on your lined baking tray
Cook for 10 minutes
Leave to cool on the tray for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
