Nutribullet Pancakes

These Nutribullet pancakes are so easy to make and create minimal washing up - perfect for lazy weekend breakfasts!

Ingredients

  • 225 g plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

  1. There isn't really anything complicated to this! Simply bung all the ingredients into the nutribullet and whiz together. So simple!

  2. Dollop blobs of the mixture onto a hot frying pan and cook on one side for a minute until bubbles start to form.

  3. Flip over and cook on the other side for another 30 seconds until both sides are brown.

  4. Serve warm with whatever toppings you choose. My girls like chocolate spread and strawberries and bananas and I like maple syrup. Enjoy!
