Healthy Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes

Ingredients

  • 80 g cacao powder
  • 6 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoon coconut oil we use Vita Coco
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • Rice crispies

Instructions

  1. Melt all the ingredient except the rice crispies together in a saucepan until melted and mixed. Stir into rice crispies until they are all nicely coated. Scoop into silicone ice cube trays and freeze. Pop one out whenever you need a little sweet treat.
