Microwave Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 80 g light muscovado sugar
  • 100 g self-raising flour
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Place the butter into a microwave safe dish and microwave on medium for 1 minute until melted. Mash 1 and a half bananas into the butter before adding in the rest of the ingredients and stirring well. Slice the remaining banana and put over the top.
  2. Cook in the microwave on high for 8 minutes until it is risen and cooked (a skewer should come out clean).
