Crepe Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Wipe an oiled kitchen paper over your non-stick pan and heat it up nice and hot.

  2. Pour pancake mixture into the pan until you have a thin covering.

  3. When it has cooked (literally a minute or two) you can flip it over and cook the other side for a few more seconds.

  4. Remove from the pan to a warmed plate or pancake warmer.
