Heat the non dairy butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat until it is all melted
Take off the heat and add the rest of the dry ingredients, stir until combined
Add the mashed banana and completely mix in
Spread the mixture into a square baking tin and press down.
Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool then cut into squares.
