Ingredients

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup mangoes
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina
  • 2 cups yoghurt with honey

Instructions

  1. One by one blend each fruit with ½ cup of yoghurt using a decent blender.

  2. Add the spirulina to the banana smoothie to make it green

  3. Layer the four smoothies in a large glass, pouring slowly and carefully.
