Herby Couscous Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g dry couscous
  • 2 teaspoon bouillon powder
  • 2 handfulls of chopped flat leaf parsley

Instructions

  1. Take 300g of dry couscous and add boiling water until the water just covers the couscous. Stir in 2 teaspoon of bouillon powder and cover with cling film until the water is absorbed (about 5 minutes).
  2. When the couscous is ready, fluff up with a fork and mix two handfuls of chopped flat leaf parsley into it.
