    A Weekend in Bath

    A Weekend in Bath

This weekend we had the most amazing weekend away. We went to a family wedding in Bath which was utterly beautiful and stayed in a gorgeous hotel nearby. It is so nice waking up in a cosy bed and popping for breakfast and not having to make it, or tidy up or wash up!

The day after the wedding we headed into Bath for a wander around the shops and to look at a couple of museums. I adore Bath. It has so much charm and character, it is oozing with little independent shops and places to eat on every corner. I think I could spend days there and not get bored. The hubby and I promised ourselves that we will go there again soon on our own to have a walk around the shops and grab a nice bite to eat somewhere.

Here are some pictures of our weekend away.

A decadent creme brulee adorned with figs and almonds, perfect for a weekend indulgence in Bath.

We made a little vlog of our weekend too if you want to watch it!

Ah it looks like you had a lovely weekend and you all look gorgeous in your wedding outfits. I think Bath is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. I used to travel down there a lot for work and it is just such a gorgeous place. x

Looks like you had a lovely weekend and Bath seems gorgeous. I keep saying to myself that I must explore my birth country more but it's surprisingly expensive to travel from Ireland to the UK at times, especially considering how close it actually is 🙂 #theordinarymoments
