I love shopping for bits and bobs for babies! I remember spending hours when I was pregnant pouring over baby catalogues and looking at all the gorgeous and practical bits I could buy my precious bundles! Fast forward a couple of years and I still love looking at these catalogues. As my babies have grown they need new things such as the next stage car seats and lightweight strollers for travelling.
I was very excited when Smyths Baby Catalogue popped through the letterbox last week and couldn't wait to take a break from work with a cuppa to have a good look through it. One of the things that I love about looking through baby catalogues is looking at how much things have changed since I had my first baby 11 years ago. There are now so many innovative and clever products which all help to make parenting so much easier. I thought I would share with you my best buys from the new Smyths Baby catalogue.
This looks stunning and is a really great value piece of kit. It comes in different designs and colours to suit different needs, budgets and tastes and I think it looks really stylish and is practical too.
Now that my youngest is too big for his travel system we are looking for a lightweight stroller that folds really small for use when we are travelling. This one from Joie looks like a great option for us and I love the grey and black colour.
All three of mine have used a cot bed - they are great value and because they convert from a cot to a cotbed they last for years. My youngest who is 3 still sleeps in his cotbed and it should last him until he is 4.
4. Baby Monitor
This is one of my absolute essential items for a new baby. There's a great selection in the Smyths baby catalogue along with a helpful chart showing all their features so that you can easily compare them.
5. Toys
You probably associate Smyths with toys - it's my children's favourite toy shop! You won't be disappointed because there is a great selection of toys in the new catalogue too - from baby toys to ones suitable for toddlers too.
