Decorating Your Home With Wall Murals

    Dec 20, 2017 by Ali · 1 Comment

I love decorating our home and I'm always looking for new and unique ways to make our house look fabulous. I've recently been looking at wall murals and I'm really impressed with them - they give a really bold look and truly make a statement in the room that they are in.

If you are looking for a wall mural, Wallsauce has a huge collection which can all be personally customisable. You can use one of their designs, upload your own or browse the 1 million photos they have on their site. I've no doubt at all that you will be able to find an image that you like out of that lot!

You then just customise your mural by size and material. You'll need to measure the wall you want the mural to go on and decide which material you would like it to be made from. You can choose from three options, a classic wall mural where you paste the wall with paste that is provided and stick the mural up. You can upgrade the paper weight and go for a premium wall mural as another option. Finally, you could choose a peel and stick wall mural. This is the option I would choose as I could put it up myself and I know that I could peel it off easily when I want to have a change or redecorate.

All three options are DIY and come with paste if required and full instructions so as far as decorating goes, it's about as easy as it gets!

I think these wall murals lend themselves really well to children's rooms where something bold and colourful is quite nice. I know that my children would love to choose one to adorn their walls!

There are all sorts of different design options - I really like this one which is quite like a wallpaper design but in a bigger image without the repeats you get with traditional wallpaper. It gives a nice bold and colourful statement in the room too.

Have you thought about having a wall mural?
