    DIY Scarf Storage

    Dec 14, 2013 by Ali · 33 Comments

Does anyone else have an obsession with scarves? Hands up I do - but storing them is a real bug-bear of mine. If they are stored on a shelf, in a drawer or in a box, you can't see what you have got and invariably some are left to languish at the bottom of the drawer. You can get special scarf hangers but I'm not fussed on spending money on something like that.

So I thought I would share with you my very easy solution. Most people will have a trouser hanger in their wardrobe, or they can be picked up very cheaply. Simply tie your scarfs around the rungs on the hanger and voila - you can easily see all your scarves! I hang mine on the back of my bedroom door as I think it looks pretty too!

The only thing is I think I need more scarves to fill it up 😉

Trouser hangers are useful for all sorts of things - though I hadn't thought of scarves.
