So as usual I'm a little late with the monthly photo. The girls birthdays are two weeks apart so this time of year is always really busy so it's hard to get everything done!
At the end of half term week we took a spontaneous trip away in a little holiday lodge near Bude in Cornwall. It was so lovely, we spent two nights there and although the weather was pretty poor we had each other, a hot tub and a TV which was all we really needed for a relaxing weekend!
We did brave a couple of short trips out so that we didn't get cabin fever though. We spent a couple of hours at Bude Castle and had a lovely drink and cake overlooking the sea. We then decided to take a little walk down there but it started raining so I just about managed to take this photo before the heavens opened! It's not the best as obviously Little Boy is fast asleep but it reminds me of our little holiday and the fabulous time we had there. We definitely need to go back to Cornwall in the summer as it is so beautiful there and the beaches are amazing when the weather is nice.
I hope your February treated you well, March is already here and flying by, I'm looking to the weather warming up and the rain stopping hopefully!
