Halloween Crafts - Pipe Cleaner Monsters

    Sep 14, 2017 · Modified: Oct 25, 2024 by Ali · 2 Comments

We love a bit of Halloween in our house and will always decorate the house and get into the mood with Halloween crafts and making Halloween food so expect to see a few blog posts on this theme over the next month!

The girls have been back to school and we've settled into a nice after school routine of baking and crafts to de-stress them after a long day and encourage us to spend time together as a family rather than vegging out in front of the TV.

This week we thought we would embrace the Halloween theme lightly and make monsters! These were so easy to make and not messy at all so they shouldn't scare the craft phobes amongst you!

    You will need:

    Pipe cleaners

    Coloured lolly sticks

    Pom poms

    Googley eyes

    Glue

You then simply wind the pipecleaner around the lollipop sticks so that the sticks hold together and form a base that look like feet. Make sure the end of the pipe cleaners are pointing upwards and wind each end around a pom pom. Finally stick on your googley eyes and there you have it - a really easy to make, and quite cute monster!

You can make a whole family of monsters using different coloured pipe cleaners and lolly sticks. You can also get creative about your design too. These are really so easy to make, but you can still get really creative with them. They are lots of fun to play with afterwards too!

Hi Ali, what a nice routine to get into. It is so easy to flick on the TV, but doing stuff together is far more fun. These little monsters look cute and easy enough for children of all ages to make.

Thank you for linking up with the #MMBC.
