How To Help Your Hair To Grow

How To Help Your Hair To Grow

If you are a mum you will be familiar with the horrific postpartum hair loss which can leave you with big patches of thinned out hair. Rest assured your hair will grow back, but for some people it will always be thinner, whether that is due to pregnancy or just getting older.

When I was younger I had such thick, wonderful hair. Now I look in the mirror and I can definitely notice the thinner patches, they are more noticeable on me when I have my hair in a ponytail because I have dark hair, my scalp shows through more than it would than if I had lighter hair.

I hadn't really thought that there was much I could do about this. I just took it as a sign of getting older that I would have to learn to live with. But, now I know that's not true, there are products on the market that can help with this problem. Follione makes several brilliant products that really helped me, and could help you too.

They have developed a range of growth stimulators and anti-hair loss shampoos for both men and women.

I tried the Hair Growth Stimulator for Women which you apply to your scalp twice a day to stimulate hair growth. This is really quick and easy to do morning and night. It contains a number of ingredients to stimulate hair growth.

I've also been using the shampoo for hair growth and recovery. It's quite a thin shampoo but it has a real zing to it and it really wakes me up in the mornings! When I want a deeper clean I wash my hair beforehand with my regular shampoo as I don't feel it gets my hair really clean. I can definitely feel it invigorating my scalp though so I know it's doing something! What I really like about the shampoo is that it is paraben and sls free and also contains no silicone. I'm thinking about swapping to no silicone hair products so I'd be able to carry on using this if I do.

I have already noticed little baby hairs growing on the side of my head after using this for a month, so I'm looking forward to seeing the results long term. I'm hopeful! I do like thick, beautiful hair!

I don't think it will stop you losing hair, just help to stimulate new growth.
