Sandy Hook Elementary Victims
I don't normally post on a Sunday, but this weekend the world was hit with some shocking news. On Friday 26 people, 20 of them children, lost their lives in a tragic massacre in Newtown, Connecticut.
I don't want to berate anyone, place blame or campaign about gun laws, I just want to take a moment to reflect on the lives that were lost. 20 children who were sent to school and never came home again. Everyday I take it for granted that Bean will come out of the school gate. The thought that one day she wouldn't doesn't bear thinking about.
So in memory of those beautiful children and their brave teachers. May they find everlasting life in heaven.
