The PacaPod Colby Changing Bag Review

    May 9, 2017 · Modified: Jul 1, 2023 by Ali · 10 Comments

One of the most fun parts of being a mum is choosing all the stylish accessories to go with your precious little one. Choosing a new pushchair, decorating the nursery and choosing a changing bag. Honestly, the fun doesn't stop with this, no matter how many children you have!

Choosing a changing bag can be overwhelming though, there are so many to choose from and because you are going to be taking it everywhere you want to get it right. I've had my fair share of changing bags now so luckily I know what I'm looking for.

I've recently been sent the new PacaPod Colby changing bag to review and I absolutely love it.

If you haven't come across PacaPod bags before they have a really unique selling point in that they come with two little organiser pods which fit perfectly inside.

    IMG 9519

One for food and bottles and the other for nappies and wipes. I love this system because it means no rummaging around in your bag for the nappy and wipes and it means that the antibacterial gel is always on hand and not languishing at the bottom! It also comes with a little fold out changing mat - very useful for impromptu nappy changes when you are out and about!

Have you ever had a toddler screaming for their snack? The separate food organiser pouch means that you can quickly find that organic cereal bar and the baby crisps aren't squashed under the weight of the baby wipes!

They can clip separately to the pushchair too which is handy and I love that you don't have to take the whole bag to the changing room when your little one needs a nappy change.

Every PacaPod bag comes with pram clips which are brilliant for attaching the bag securely to the pushchair. You can attach them to the handlebar but my preference is to attach it lower down so the pushchair doesn't tip over if your little one wants to come out.

I really like the Colby in navy, the colours are classic navy and tan which is really popular at the moment and will go with most things. It has two sets of handles so it's really easy to carry around and it's so roomy it fits in lots of extras meaning that I don't have to carry around another bag. My purse, phone, camera and water bottle all fit in along with both pods. It's got lots of little pockets so everything can be put where you can get to it quickly and easily and I love the key hook - no more hunting for my lost keys in the bottom of my bag!

It's made of a wipe clean material and I think it's perfect for summer. When your little one is too old for a changing bag you can easily take the organiser pods out and use it as a great stand alone bag.

The Colby changing bag comes in navy, red and black and retails at £65 although it's on special offer for £48.75 at the moment, so pick one up quick if you like a bargain. It's such great value and the only changing bag that you will need!

I love the design of the bag it's very pretty and doesn't look like a changing bag from the outside either. It looks like they have been thought out very well which helps.

This bag is so pretty and doesn't in any way shout 'mommy bag'. I had the most mommy bags 12 years ago when I had my kids lol. I like this one and especially that it is made of wipe clean material!

I love a bargain and a bag, so bag on offer is perfect. I love the design and colour of this bag and how it has two nifty separate compartments.

I'd happily use it as a normal bag when he's all potty trained!
