White Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes

Ingredients

  • 100 g Rice crispies
  • 250 g White chocolate
  • Cupcake cases
  • Pink marshmallows
  • Red writing icing

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate slowly (on defrost in the microwave).

  2. Stir in rice crispies until they are coated in the chocolate.

  3. Scoop into cupcake cases and top with a pink marshmallows.

  4. Draw a little heart on the top of the marshmallow using the red writing icing.
