As a mother of four, I am on the go 24/7 and I often need a shot of caffeine or two to get me going. The only thing is that caffeine can make me really jittery and increase my anxiety levels. I was delighted to find Zest Tea, energy tea which has solved all my problems! It contains 3 times as much caffeine as regular tea but because of it's added ingredients you get that energy boost without the jitters!

Zest Tea comes in a few different varieties. The black tea comes in pyramid bags in packs of 20 and is similar to regular tea. Zest Tea is packed with amino acids, including L-Theanine, which has been shown to boost cognitive function when combined with caffeine. This helps reduce the jitters and crash commonly associated with caffeinated products. The Blue Lady Black Tea features a flavoured blend of Organic Black Tea, Tea Extract, Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Cornflower Petals, Natural Passionfruit Flavour, Natural Orange Flavour, Natural Lemon Flavour and is made from natural non-GMO ingredients. I particularly like this tea made up as an iced tea that I can sip whilst working at my desk.
I also tried the Pomegranate Mojito tea and Superberry Samba flavours. Again, these are delicious iced, especially in the summer. Superberry Samba is my favourite.
Lastly I tried the spicy masala chai flavour. My husband is a huge chai fan and loves this steeped in hot milk. He is a huge caffeine addict so cutting down a bit on regular caffeine and having this coffee substitute has really helped him regulate his energy levels.
Suitable for a wide range of diets
Zest tea is plant based and suitable for vegans, and those on a gluten free diet. It is particularly suited to those on a Keto diet or low carb diet as it is low in sugar.
