    Making A Chalkboard Blog Planner

    Dec 14, 2016 by Ali · 2 Comments

Since I started putting a lot more time into this blog back in September I have had a massive increase in opportunities, from sponsored posts to review opportunities. I am so grateful that this little blog of mine has opened up a world of opportunities and means that I can work from home while looking after the children.

However, approaching this blog like a business has made some changes. I no longer write blog posts from my PJs on the sofa, I have a home office so I can be organised and work efficiently. I love the space and I need the quiet time to concentrate on what I am doing. It also means that I can have the space to have a chalkboard on the wall so I can easily see what work I have on and any deadlines.

I bought a simple chalkboard sticker from Amazon and stuck it to the wall to the side of my desk. This means that I can see what posts I have outstanding and any deadlines. I also put up what we are doing for the week and all the girl's out of school activities.

I was sent these great chalkboard markers from Chalkola which have been great for using on this. They are bright and colourful which makes it easy to see on the board and I like colour co-ordinating different things like work, after school activities, school activities etc.

You can even get 20% off these markers on Amazon if you use the code 20OFFSTR

Would something like this help you to get organised in the New Year?

Disclosure - I was sent these chalk markers for the purpose of this review. All opinions are honest and my own. This post also contains affiliate links.

This is really cool! You can get these planners in Wilko for about a fiver but this looks much better!

I'm definetly going to make one!

Oh I love the look of those chalk pens. I painted our own chalk board onto our kitchen wall too.
