    Scrambled Egg in One Minute

    Nov 1, 2013 · Modified: Sep 21, 2022 by Ali · 3 Comments

For me as a busy work at home mum, making healthy meals for my kids is what I really want to do, but I also want to do it quickly so I thought I would share with you my really quick scrambled egg recipe!

Simply break your egg into a bowl, add a dash of full fat milk and whisk quickly with a fork. Put it in the microwave on full power for 1 minute, stirring once after 30 seconds and again after another 20 seconds.

Voila, super quick scrambled egg, you can even serve it in the bowl you cooked it in. Serve with toast and butter and baked beans for a quick healthy lunch.
