1. Pizza Pasta Casserole
This is an easy meal to make, and it tastes delicious. You can use whatever type of pasta you like. I used penne because it works well with the sauce. If you don't want to cook the noodles, just buy some already-cooked ones.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- ยฝ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar Marina's tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients except for the cream cheese. Add the drained pasta and mix together thoroughly.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Top with the cream cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
