We are having some lovely weather at the moment and I love myself a caramel frappuccino so I set about learning how to make one at home. This caramel version is really yummy and very refreshing on a warm day.
(measure using the glass you will be using to serve)
⅓ glass ice
⅓ glass milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee
2 tablespoon Caramel syrup
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until the ice is nicely crushed and the milk frothy. Serve immediately with a straw. Yum!
