Mocha Protein Breakfast Shake
This mocha protein breakfast shake is perfect for mornings when you need something sweet and that coffee fix at the same time but you want to be healthy. I think it's really filling too. I have it alongside a bowl of granola and yoghurt and it fills me up until lunchtime.
I've been trying to eat a lot healthier lately and drink more water too. I've added exercise into my routine and this means I don't feel guilty for having the occasional treat, but I crave healthier food. This shake still has that lovely sweetness of an iced mocha and is rich and creamy too. You honestly couldn't tell it was good for you!
Mocha Protein Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon date syrup
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
Instructions

Put all the ingredients into your nutribullet or blender and mix for 30 seconds.
