Easy Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni Recipe
This is a super cheat’s version of this yummy vegetarian meal.
Dried cannelloni pasta tubes
1 tub of spinach and ricotta sauce
1 tub of tomato pasta sauce
Fill the pasta tubes with the spinach and ricotta sauce and place in an ovenproof lasagne dish. Cover with the tomato pasta sauce and cover with foil and place in the oven on a medium to high heat for 20 mins. Take off the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven (now on medium heat) for another 20 minutes.
Serve with a side salad, garlic bread, or chips if you are feeling like being a fatty (like me today!!)
