Recipe: Garlic Sauté Potatoes

This is a really easy recipe for scrummy potatoes that look and taste like you put a lot more effort in than you really have! (Just my kinda recipe!)

Simply cut potatoes into smallish cubes (2cm). No need to peel. Par-boil them for 3 minutes and then fry them in olive oil and garlic puree until nice and brown and crispy.
