My girls love ice lollies, and they are a great easy after school cool-me-down snack. I make my own ice lollies, of various kinds but one of the easiest is smoothie ice lollies.
Simply get a carton of shop bought smoothie and pour it into ice lolly moulds. Pop in the freezer and the next day you have a super healthy ice lolly snack 🙂 Perfect for hot days, or any day really!!
