    World Book Day is literally around the corner and if you are struggling for World Book Day costume ideas here are some great ones. I do love World Book Day. There is something so nice about seeing all the children going to school dressed as their favourite book character. Anything that fosters a love and encouragement of reading is really great in my opinion. So if you haven't been inspired with great world book day costume ideas yet, here are some great ones, most of them can be put together with bits and bobs you might already have at home.

    Everything you will need is shown in the infographic below. Involve your child in hunting for costume parts and props - they will love taking part and getting involved. Scour your local charity shops or beg borrow and steal from friends - World Book Day doesn't need to be expensive, it's about inspiring a love of reading in others more than anything else!
