Usually every September / October when the children return to school we are plagued by coughs and colds as germs are spread around after the summer break, not helped by the cooler weather. This year we have been trying out some wellness products from Baba West and genuinely haven't had a single sniffle. Read on for our full review and read why we recommend the Baba West Back To School Immunity Pack.
Disclosure - we were given these products free of charge for the purpose of this review. All opinions are honest and our own.

What's in the set?
The set comprises of five key products which each have great benefits. You will receive a bottle of elderberry syrup, a vitamin D spray, multivitamin and multi-biotic powder, strawberry fruit bears and snuffle pillow mist.
Alpine Elderberry & Rosehip
The benefits of elderberry syrup are well known now. It is a powerful preventative cold remedy and many people swear by taking a dose every day through the winter months to stave off colds. This powerful berry is full of antioxidants which are also believed to prevent cell damage and protect against some diseases and cancer.
This version from Baba West also contains blackberry and rosehip, with extra vitamin C to support the immune system. It has a natural flavour that the children are happy with and I like that it has 25% less sugar than other elderberry syrups on the market.
Vitamin D Spray
Vitamin D is crucially important in the body and helps it to regulate it's calcium and phosphate levels. The UK government recommends that everyone take a Vitamin D supplement during the autumn and winter. Across the population Vitamin D levels are known to be low and given that it plays such an important role in the body using a vitamin D spray for my little ones is a no brainer.
Baba West’s Vitamin D Spray is so easy to use, it's a delicious strawberry flavour and one spray provides 400iu (10μg) of vitamin D – the recommended daily dose to help support the development of your child’s bones, teeth, muscles and healthy immune function.
Multivitamin & Multi-biotic Powder
Having tried many, many multivitamin supplements with the children I haven't managed to find one that they all like. This is great because it is in a powder form and I add it to the little one's smoothies in the morning and they can't even tell it is in there. You can also add it to water, milk or juice or sprinkle it over their cereal or yoghurt.
Suitable for children aged 12 months to 12 years this is a great way to get multi vitamins and probiotics into even the fussiest of eaters!
Strawberry Fruit Bears
My children absolutely love these little gems! They are made with whole fruit and have no added sugar or artificial colours. They also contain gut friendly bacteria, BC30TM, and each serving contains over 1 billion friendly bacteria to support their gut and immune system. A great way to ensure that your little one has great gut health, and they enjoy taking one each day.
Snuffle Pillow Mist
We actually haven't had the chance to use this yet - I was serious when I said that we have managed to avoid the usual seasonal sniffles! However we have tested it out and it smells amazing. It is a natural solution of essential oils which have anti-viral and antibacterial properties and will help relieve blocked and runny noses.
