We love Halloween and even here in the UK it is becoming a bigger and bigger thing every year! We go to a friend's house, dress up and enjoy food and fun together, opening the door to trick or treaters and handing out sweets. It is such a lovely evening and of course the children love the sweets haul that they come back with themselves!

If Halloween is your thing too I have lots of halloween themed posts on my blog so don't leave before checking them out! From halloween drink recipes to sweet treats, there is lots of content here to make a perfect halloween.

    Halloween Punch For Kids

Serving a tasty drink like this at a Halloween party is such a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit and this punch makes the perfect addition to a halloween themed buffet. The best part is that it is a non-alcoholic drink and made from simple ingredients so will be suitable for the whole family. Of course, if you are having an adult party, feel free to add a splash of vodka or Cointreau to add an extra kick!

    Variations / substitutions

You can make this halloween punch for kids with whatever juice / fizzy drink you like. Try ginger ale and pineapple juice or lemon-lime soda with lime sherbet instead of the red sprinkles. Fruit juices such as cherry juice or cranberry juice would also work well. Add lime juice or lemon juice for extra flavour. You can also mix up which sweets you use and it doesn't have to be red - choose a different food colouring to use and different coloured sprinkles if you prefer.

If you want to make a green punch just use green food coloring for a green halloween drink. You can also change the red sprinkles for halloween sprinkles. Really the limit is your imagination - it is such a fun drink!
