4G Network
This tracker accesses the 4G network so it is fast and has excellent coverage.
Battery
The battery has excellent life - lasting about 40 days with active tracking and more than 90 days in standby mode. This means it doesn't need charging all the time and you don't have to worry about it running out of battery when you need it the most. Standby mode is an intelligent energy-saving mode. It will make sure that when your device is not moving, it shifts to standby mode. This will allow your device's battery to last longer. Alarm functions will not be affected.
Durability
This is a very sturdy tracker and ideally suited for tracking large items such as cars, boats etc. It has a strong built in magnet which means it will stick well to metal surfaces and means that attaching it is easy. It also has a strap in case the item you are tracking has no metal parts suitable for sticking it to. It is also splash waterproof so you don't need to worry if it gets accidentally splashed if you have it attached to a boat for example.
Online tracking
You can download the app which will send you notifications in all sorts of situations, e.g. if the tracker feels vibrations, lifts or drops, low battery and even speed limit breaches. You can control notifications in the settings section of the app. When you are tracking your device you will be able to see its precise location worldwide and also 100 days of route mapping. You will need a subscription to access this.
You will be able to see information of each one of the route points including:
- Date and time
- Speed
- Location
You can also set a safe area around your tracker - known as a geozone. If the tracker moves from this predefined area, you will receive a notification via e-mail or as a push notification on your phone via app.
You can track your device in real time - tracking will update every 30 seconds, sooner if it is moving.
