The man cave is currently a massive trend. But why on Earth should the guys get all the fun? Rarely does anyone mention a woman cave. If you need a place to get away, if only for an hour, you can take a page out of the guys' book and make your own oasis in a spare room of your own home.

Of course, you build a woman cave for one reason, and that's to relax. And sometimes the family sofa just doesn't cut it. In this case, you might want to treat yourself a little and indulge in something a little more comfortable. Like the Eames lounge chair, some chairs are considered the best, but picking a chair can be subjective. Essentially, you need to ensure that it is comfy for you, has a good backrest and decide upon armrests - not everyone likes them.

Additionally, chairs are available with built-in massagers. Some people swear by these, but others claim they can ruin the chair itself and don't do as good a job as a human. But you can get handheld massagers, massagers that fit your chair and shiatsu massagers for your feet. The best news is that all of these are relatively inexpensive with a wide range on Amazon. No one suggests that they do a better job than a trained professional. Still, for relaxing in your woman cave, they're practically the same.
Lounge Around
Sitting upright in a chair is relaxing, but sometimes you need to be horizontal. But given that your woman cave might be a little cramped when it comes to space, an extra bed isn't viable. In that case, indulge in a lounger for lying back and taking a load off. Loungers come in all shapes and sizes, and some are even double for those special times you let your partner into your sanctuary. Reclaimer, Duchess Brisée and Victorian are popular classic styles, But contemporary designs include the bench sofa and the fainting couch.
Fix Yourself a Drink
A home bar is a touch of elegance that most people dream of. And while you may not drink alcohol, you can stock the bar with plenty of mixtures. Pop drinks and trending non-alcoholic spirits are great for concocting all the delicious mocktails you want. When you have nowhere to go, and you need to get away, make your favourite cold drink. Then, relax in your comfortable chair and stick your feet in the new shiatsu machine you got at a bargain price in an online sale.
Binge-Watch, Heaven
Of course, for entertainment purposes, you are going to need a TV. HDTVs are very cheap these days, and acting as a secondary one, your woman cave TV doesn't need to be top quality - just good enough for a bit of binge-watching. In addition, most HDTVs now come with Netflix built-in so you can make use of your existing account, or you can get a cheap Amazon Fire Stick. The only problem is that you won't want to leave when combined with all your other great stuff.
