    Instructions

Line a baking dish with parchment paper / wax paper.

Break up the rich tea biscuits into chunks and add to the baking dish.

    Add marshmallows to the dish.

Melt white chocolate chips, white chocolate jazzies and coconut oil together over a double boiler, or in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir often. When the chocolate chips can be stirred smooth, remove from heat.

Pour the melted chocolate over the contents of the baking dish.

If needed, stir everything around to completely cover with melted white chocolate.

Place in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, or until the white chocolate has hardened.

Cut into chunks with a sharp knife and enjoy.

Store leftovers in an airtight container.

Top tip: Make sure that you don't overheat the chocolate - you want to take it to be just melted, not boiling hot. I prefer to melt chocolate in the microwave as I think it is the easiest way but make sure that you have the microwave on a very low temperature and heat it in 30-second increments, stirring in between.

    FAQ's

How long does chocolate bark keep for?

This will keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.

What to do with chocolate bark?

This can be eaten just as it is. It is the perfect treat straight from the fridge as a snack or sweet treat served in small bowls. These are some of my children's favorite chocolates! Or you could serve it on a platter as part of a dessert buffet at a Christmas party. Alternatively why not wrap some up in a little gift bag as a lovely Christmas gift this holiday season. Cut into smaller pieces, wrap in wax paper and present to your recipient in a little gift bag or box - the perfect gift for a friend, teacher or any loved one on a special occasion.

How should I store chocolate bark?

Store chocolate bark in the fridge in an airtight container until you are ready to serve it. If you prefer your chocolate a little softer, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
